Global Junior Program
Private coaching for internationally competitive juniors with Joe DiChiara — Founder of Combine Golf and Director of Instruction at The Arizona Biltmore. We use 3D motion capture to diagnose your junior's swing the way tour players are diagnosed, then build the shortest path to lower tournament scores.
For juniors scoring in the 70s and low 80s who compete regionally or nationally.

Internationally recognized as one of the leading voices in junior golf development — now building elite competitors on a tour-level measurement system.
Class A PGA Professional with 22 years of coaching experience. For more than two decades Joe has dedicated his career to helping young golfers improve their skills while developing confidence, character, and a lifelong love for the game.
As former Co-Founder of the International Preparatory Golf Academy (IPGA) in Bangkok, Thailand, Joe helped build one of the world's premier junior academies — working with juniors from around the globe, helping hundreds pursue collegiate golf and preparing many for successful amateur and professional careers.
Joe has also coached players at the highest levels of the game, including major champions on the PGA and LPGA Tours, giving him a rare perspective on long-term player development — from a child's first golf experience to competing on the world's biggest stages.
He has served in education leadership roles with K-Motion, 4D Motion Sports and 3D motion capture technology companies, specializing in translating complex biomechanical data into clear, actionable coaching strategy: rotational movement, sequencing, segment interaction and movement patterns connected directly to ball flight and skill development.

Cut The Fluff
Junior golf has spent a generation selling opinions and range time. Talent is rarely the issue — the system around the player is. We measure the swing in 3D, identify the one or two things actually costing tournament strokes, and build the shortest path from where they are to where they want to sign.
Your junior has collected swing thoughts from a dozen coaches, teammates, and YouTube. None of them measured what their body actually does. We diagnose before we prescribe.
Hitting balls until dark builds habits, not scores. Elite juniors need prioritized, scored practice blocks — not comfortable repetition.
Two coaches, two contradictory opinions, both confident. 3D biomechanics removes the debate. Numbers replace feel-based guesswork.
Qualifying season arrives and they're flat or overworked. Periodization tells us when to load, when to sharpen, and when to compete.
We measure first. Then we build the swing around the data — not around a method.

Who It's For
This program is for juniors scoring in the 70s and low 80s who play tournaments regularly and intend to play college golf. If they are used to being the best player in the group and want a measurable next gear, this is coaching that finally matches that standard.
AJGA, Junior Golf Scoreboard, and state-level players who need strokes-gained clarity, not another lesson package.
Coaches recruit data. We build the tournament portfolio, the 3D profile, and the scoring trend that makes a yes easy.
School, travel, and tournament golf. Precise practice built around the calendar they actually have beats volume every time.
The Technology
The best players in the world are measured in three dimensions. Until recently that required a lab. Now a single camera produces a full 3D biomechanical model of your junior's swing: pelvis and thorax rotation, side bend, sway, lift, hand path and sequencing — quantified in degrees and inches.
01
Full swing, wedges, short game, putting and physical capacity measured with 3D motion capture — pelvis, thorax, hands and sequencing in degrees, not adjectives.
02
Joe identifies the two or three constraints actually costing tournament strokes. Everything else is set aside. No noise.
03
Two live sessions each month with Joe, on site or remote, scheduled around school, travel and tournament weeks.
04
A 12-week block rebuilt every quarter around growth, workload, and the qualifying calendar — with clear intent for every rep.
05
Upload any swing, any day. Unlimited 3D motion capture reviews with annotated video and feedback between sessions.
06
Objective proof: 3D metrics, Decade strokes-gained versus their field, and scoring trend against baseline.
Our Methodology
Every engagement runs the same loop. We measure the full swing, short game and putting before any coaching happens. Once we know the numbers we move into Coach — building a plan around the real cause of the leaks — and Train, giving the drills, practice structure and feedback loop that make the change stick under tournament pressure.
Tournament-grade measurement across full swing, wedges, putting, and physical capacity.
Coaching built around your junior's body constraints — no method, no cookie-cutter positions.
Periodized practice blocks that peak them for qualifying season, not for the driving range.
The Scoreboard
“My son had been stuck in the high 80s for two years. Thirteen strokes later he's the number one player on his high school team and college coaches are calling. We finally knew what to practice.”

“My daughter used to fall apart in tournaments even though she striped it on the range. Joe built her a routine and a plan, and she dropped twelve shots in a single season.”
Parent of a high school sophomore
Varsity girls, Class of 2028
“Seven strokes was the difference between no interest and a signed offer. The tournament portfolio and the data made it easy for coaches to say yes. He signed in November.”
